Install & enable the keyboard
Download Quick Paste Keyboard from Google Play. Follow the in-app steps to enable the custom keyboard in your Android system settings.

Add your favorite snippets
Add items such as email addresses, delivery information, bank IBAN, social media links, or ready-made chat replies. Organize them into folders and reorder by dragging.

Paste anywhere, sync if you want
Switch to the Quick Paste keyboard while typing and tap an item to paste it. Optionally sign in with Google to back up and restore your snippets across devices.
Privacy & Safety
Your text is yours. Offline by default.
Quick Paste Keyboard is an offline-first utility with no ads or cross-app advertising. Cloud sync is opt-in. Limited Firebase Analytics is used only for support-page and purchase-funnel events and never includes snippets, clipboard content, or typed text.
What stays on your device
By default, all snippets, folders, and settings are stored only in a local database on your device. We do not:
- Read or upload what you type in other apps
- Require an account to use the app
- Track you across apps or websites for advertising
- Put snippet content, clipboard text, or typed text into analytics

What happens when you sign in
If you enable Cloud Sync and sign in with Google, the app receives your Google account identity and syncs your snippets and folders to your protected Firebase account space. This is used to back up and restore your data across devices.
- Only data you create in the app is synced
- The keyboard never captures or syncs what you type elsewhere
- You can sign out, or permanently delete the account and cloud data
- After a verified support purchase, you can separately consent to show your Google name, profile photo, support count, and masked stars on the public Top Supporters leaderboard
- The exact support amount stays private, and you can leave the leaderboard at any time

FAQ
Does the app read my password fields?
The keyboard only pastes what you choose in the app. It does not automatically read or upload anything you type.
Do I need an account?
No. The app works fully offline without any sign-in. Cloud Sync is optional – only enable it if you want to back up or restore across devices.
What happens if I uninstall the app?
All snippets stored locally are deleted along with the app. If you used Cloud Sync, your synced copy remains in your Firebase account until you delete it from the app or contact us.
Can the keyboard send messages by itself?
Auto Send is optional. If enabled, it simply presses the Enter/Send key right after pasting your selected text.
Is my synced data shared with anyone?
Your synced snippets and folders are not shared with other users or sold. If you explicitly join the optional Top Supporters leaderboard, only your consented Google name, profile photo, support count, masked stars, and rank are public; your exact amount and synced content remain private.

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application Quick Paste Keyboard (the “App”). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Developer information
The App is developed and published by the individual developer (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can contact us using the details in the Contact section below.
3. License & permitted use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business use.
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App;
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App;
- Rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App or any part of it to a third party;
- Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
4. User responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you store and paste using the App. Please make sure you have the right to use any text you save as snippets, and do not store sensitive information on devices you do not control.
You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your device, including screen lock and system security updates, and for keeping your Google account secure if you enable Cloud Sync.
5. Privacy & data
The App is offline-first and stores snippet data locally on your device. If you enable the optional Cloud Sync feature, your snippets and folders are synced to your own Google Firebase account space to enable backup and cross-device restore.
Your use of the App may also involve services provided by third parties (for example, Google Play Services, Google Sign-In, and Firebase). Those third parties may collect data under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Third-party services
The App uses Google Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Google Sign-In, limited Firebase Analytics for the support funnel, and Google Play Billing for optional one-time support purchases. Those services process data under their own terms and privacy policies as described in our Privacy Policy.
6.1 Optional support purchases
Quick Paste may offer optional, one-time developer-support purchases through Google Play. These purchases are not subscriptions, do not unlock app functionality, and are not required to use any feature. Prices are displayed by Google Play in your local currency before confirmation. Payment processing, receipts, and eligible refund requests are handled under Google Play’s applicable terms and policies.
After a verified purchase, signed-in users may separately opt in to the public Top Supporters leaderboard. Joining is voluntary and publishes only the consented profile fields, support count, masked contribution level, and rank described in the Privacy Policy. Exact support amounts remain private, and users can leave the leaderboard at any time.
7. Updates & changes to the App
We may update, improve, or modify the App at any time, including adding or removing features. We may also discontinue the App or any part of it, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App, or the Cloud Sync feature, will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or Android version.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data (including synced data), loss of profits, or any other damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it and uninstall it from your device.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the App in a way that may cause harm to us, the App, or other users.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. If you used Cloud Sync, you may request deletion of your synced data via the contact below.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the bottom of this section. Your continued use of the App after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country or region of residence, unless local law requires otherwise.
